I was wondering if there Is a band called evolution? and what way is the best way to start a band?

I can't find anything on a band called Evolution. My advise for starting a band would be to post an ad in the paper for other musician's and a singer, and post a message in local music stores. You'll receive lots of calls and just let them come and try out ( I'd be sure to add what genre of music you're into ) and before you know it, you'll have a band....lots of band practices....
and hopefully playing shows before you know it..

According to a google search the answer is "yes," with results showing at least two off the top of the page.
The best way to start a band....learn how to play some instrument or sing/rap well and get a few other people together to play/sing/rap with you. Good luck!
