GAH!!!! MOVE THE WATER BOTTLE DOWN!!!!!!!

Wow, lol.

Anyway, apple slices might be good, since they can get liquid from them and it doesn't require fully formed teeth to gnaw on. Try cutting them up into small pieces (take the skin off) and putting them in the cage for the little babies. Maybe put in some extra bedding since they won't have mom around to keep them warm.

Good luck, and I hope the little babies are okay! How many babies are there? And are you looking for the mother? How'd she get out? Poor little thing ... :(

By the way, just curious. How old are you?

Hamsters should do fine separated from mom at this age. The weaning process starts at around 2 weeks old, so these babies should be okay to eat food.

Move the water bottle lower so that they can get at it, and make sure to put in soem softer foods.

Apple should be okay, but you may want to put in some baby cereal or something as well.

Keep the regular hamster food in the cage too, so they can try to eat it if they want.

Good luck!
