I'm not sure why, but a lot of times I'm fearing judgement from other people and this makes me tense - and for some reason, I move faster. Basically, I'm just wondering on how to calm anxiety?

Relaxation techniques, positive thinking. Massages from somebody else are very good as well, but they're not always practical (Self massage can be done pretty easily, however.)

A quick technique is to take take a deep breath, hunch your shoulders up to your ears then let them drop and relax and imagine the tension draining away.
