where can i find those boleros?

not the jacket looking ones. the ones that look like they have only sleeves but is connected at the back??

They sell shrugs at Forever21, Wetseal, Charlotte Russe but I bought mine at Go Rave.

Oh, a shrug! If you're in the UK, I think a lot of the shops do them (New Look, MK, Next, Primark, River Island, Elle, Oasis, those shops with names like Mirago/@ clothing/Oxygen).

If you're not, no idea

You could always go online (Ebay, etc)
