hello, I'm 11 weeks with my fourth child and experienced cramps with every one of them.... I still get very crampy, if you're drinking caffiene, stop it causes cramping and a large amount can cause miscarriage... however cramping is normal in the first trimester.. your body is getting used to the fact that it can't expell all the extra blood and tissue build up.. if you still feel nervous of course call you doctor.. but i do encourage you to share all your worries with your hubby... he mayhave more courag than you think....
good luck and congratulations

Cramps are totally normal in the beginning - its typically implantation. I'm 13 weeks tomorrow and had cramps for the first two weeks after I found out I was expecting. The doctor told me everything was normal and it has been. I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and heartbeat and sizing was perfect for my due date. Good luck to you! Just don't take any Advil for the cramps!

there is a possibilty that it is just your uterine muscles stretching. There really isnt anything you can do if it is the other but be truthful with your dh, And don't worry worrying just makes you feel worse and the worse you feel the harder it is on you. And that can cause more complications. Take it easy for a couple days get some rest and hopefully everything will be just fine.

Congratulations honey. Share your cramp pain with your hubby and do not worry. Your baby will be fine. Call you doctor so that he or she can reassure you or assess you. What an amazing miracle...you're going to be a Mommy!
