Either you are overworked in your job, and therefore really tired to be able to sleep so long, or you are maybe coming down with a cold or something like that which makes you feel weary. Nothing to do?? I feel like giving you my address, there's plenty to do here, and not enough hours to do the jobs in for me. Don't get depressed, look forward to Christmas. And let me know if you are local to Birmingham in the UK !

Yes, and some days I fall asleep off and on all day long. I'm taking medication for a sprained ankle, and I think the pills are causing the problem, but it's a choice between pain and sleep. I don't feel at all refreshed when I wake up and have bad dreams during the sleep periods. It's a vicious circle I hope to get out of ... someday.

you lucky duck!
almost every day when I get up to get ready for work (and I love my job, most of the time), I think to myself, "how many hours until I can get back in bed?"
then, by the time I'm done with work, I've woken up and don't go rushing back to bed, usually.
sometimes your body just needs to catch up on rest. probably it's ok if it doesn't start to happen every chance you get.
if it starts turning into a "habit", it may be because of depression or illness, and you may have to talk to a doctor at that point to be fully evaluated and see what may be wrong.

Yeah I fell like i could it is just because you are either really tired and staying up all the time or really depressed or maybe you can not sleep

Actually I do a lot. And sometimes wish never to wake up. Apparently it's either your body physically telling you something is wrong or because you are suffering from stress or depression.

Yes, today, but when I closed my eyes for 5 min, I felt a lot better. I didn't even sleep. Just rested.
