Do you have more of a chance to win an item if there is 15 of the same items on Ebay?

You have the best chance the fewer other possible bidders there are so if there are many of the same idem then it is likely that others who want it too will look at the others as they also seek the lowest price. ♥
I would take it as a good sign myself.
