The joke's on you. You get the same from full metal jacket rounds of a higher calibre. Military technology is defeated a couple hours after it comes off the drawing board. Know how the V.C. early on brought down jets and choppers without an air force? Old old guys with steady eyes and hands with a particular type of rifle. Just enough to cause trouble and know where to hit.

you can "bear arms" according to the consitution... but it doesn't say which ones... uranium by itself can hurt people... and the armour piercing ability seems a bit extreme...
I think no... go get your pistol and shoot some rounds in the air... that'll make you feel better about not being able to buy armour piercing uranium rounds...
