I'm testing the theory that I'm allergic to foods of some sort...or I'm not equalizing the right nutrients. Too much of anything is bad...you need the opposite chemicals to balance things in your system... this is my THEORY. If you have any ideas why it stinks or why I sweat soooooo profusely...pleeeaase, let me know. And yes I have asked doctors ( plural ) oppinions! They say not to worry...I can't stand it! I need to do something about it! Yes, it's disgusting...yea, I don't need to hear about that fact! Real knowledge only please!

Sweat itself doesn't smell. The smell is activated by bacteria on the skin. Try showering with an antibacterial soap before bed and see if that helps.

Your condition of excessive sweating is called sleep hyperhidrosis. If you are otherwise healthy, it is a nuisance, but not something to worry about. There are many disesases and conditions that cause night sweats, but they would have been discovered if you have seen docs.

Good luck with it.
