You say all people. Trick question. Most will look and perceive it to apply to American ideals. Most people have never experienced life in another country. As far as that goes, I'd rather live in America where I can at least succeed to great heights on my own, or fail miserably on my own.

As for security, just stay out of trouble during these trying days of World conflict and neighborly distrust.

The same rights guaranteed by the Constitution, as it was written in 1776.

I believe that the first of our ancestors that willingly left their tyrannically oppressive country in order to start anew with laws that respect fundamental human values should be our foundation towards political values. Their sacrifice should not be made in vein!!

People need to have the their inherent right to self-defense recognized. That is the only way people will ever be secure. Balance.
