Venom would totally win. Spider-Man beat Venom only by tricking him into using all of his symbiote. Plus Venom is huge, and has power, not tricks Plus, Venom has the "spidey sense" that he inherited from spider-man.

Venom Joker

I’d have to say, the one that’s crazier. That might be the Joker. The alien symbiote absorbed quite a bit of honor and decency from Peter Parker, back in the day. (I know, I know, he’s changed since then.) But there was a crossover story once where Joker teamed up with the Shaper of Worlds and almost remade the universe in his own image (shudder). I’m not sure Venom is comparably insane or determined. If Joker had the Venom symbiote, I think he might well have done in Batman by now!

I suspect that neither would trust the other, but each would try to use the other and plan a double-cross. So in that sense, you might say neither would win.

the joker, while he might be an insane lunatic (making his reactions hard to predict), he is also a HIGHLY INTELLIGENT insane lunatic.

It is likely he even has some kind of concealed flame thrower on him reducing venom to a crying mesh of crap. Also venom is vulnerable to sound, jokers repotuare of "pranks" may include something sonic.

Also who knows how his gas will affect venom. Venom will attack this guy head on, and won't get a second chance. Unlike batman he won't be guarded and it is venom's ego and confidence in his own abilities and underestimating the joker that will do him in.

The joker is prepared for batman, who is a much better fighter than joker. Venom will try to ellicit fear from the joker first (as is his mo), joker will make a comment about his breath or face and hit him with the deadly gas, if that doesn't work he will resort to flame or other tricks (acid, flame, etc.) till something works.

At first glance, this seems to be an easy answer, until we realize that joker has beaten, and in most comics running is still causing havoc, Batman...and Batman himself beat Superman...which later superman turns around and whoops him very badly. The point is, Joker, with his clown like appearance and cooky demeanor, is a formidable villain. Case in point, he's withstood batman, escaped countless times from the black knight, even at one point almost caused his demise, so if Joker can prove a handful for Batman, then what would he be like for Venom who doesn't really have the cunning nor brilliant mind that batman does?...

Then on the flipside, Venom has kept Spider-man at bay, has put him in his place a few times as well, and like Joker, is still around in some of the comics, so in saying that Venom would have the upper hand seeing as how he can take on an individual with super strength, super senses, with crazy speed and agility.

Obviously, physical prowess, Venom wins hands down, it may be Venom's easiest victory, but Joker is not a straight shooter. He always has a trick up his sleeve, is always conjuring up schemes and evil doings like rabbits have babies. Again, Joker has taken on one of DC's, if not the best, greatest minds and won. Venom?...He's sheer passion, cruelty, vengeance, and malice. His brain waves don't quite match the intellect of the joker who's insanity is a ploy to mask the genuis lying beneath.

Joker would win the fight if they both knew it was coming, if they had time to plan. But caught off guard, Joker has no shot. Venom is too physically gifted with Super strength, speed and agility. But then there's Joker's sidekick who becomes a wild car, can she, Harley, be a nuisance enough to distract Venom to allow The Joker to get the upper hand?...Who knows, maybe Joker will throw a laughing bomb at him and turn venom to his side. At last glance, the fight is actually relatively close based upon the consequences, but Venom should win out of sheer force and insanity.

*whispers* and venom is not a superhuman....Venom refers to the symbiote when it takes a host...Just thought I'd throw that in there, thus every individual inflicted with the symbiote becomes the reincarnation of Venom the malice and hatred in human form....just thought I'd throw that in there...lol

To go against the grain, I would say Joker. Not only is he just ******* so crazy that he's scary, but he is consistent and brilliant at the same time. Venom is limited by his host, namely Eddie Brock, who has a conscience. Joker has no conscience. Joker doesn't mind bathing in the blood of babies and laughing about it. Venom would, which makes him more . . . I don't want to say weak, but more able to be manipulated by emotions.

Mitsui... Venom is not a mutant, he is a superhuman. His powers come from the symbiot thats joined with him..he WAS human, never a mutant.

And in that stupid Spiderman/Batman book, the Joker Beat Carnage, and Carnage is Venoms offspring, cept Carnage is a WHOLE lot Crazier (believe it or not). But I would pick Venom, because Carnage lost to Joker BECAUSE he's so insane. Venom is nuts and psychotic, but he is also smart and crafty, and i dont even think the fight would last very long ... i say Venom, in a beat down lol

Piccolona below.... Venom is only Venom Once bonded to a human or Homanoid, until then it is just "The Symbiote". Thats why only once the Symbiote is bonded does it refer to itself and its host as "We", or in the third person as "Venom", as in "Venom is not Happy", but ONLY once bonded. And, Venom IS a Superhuman, as defined by the dictionary and Marvel. "A Human whose natural abilities are Enhanced by preternatural or supernatural means" .. spiderman is also a superhuman, as is Captain America (although to a GREATLY lesser extent). Somone like Iron Man is neither Superhuman or Mutate, because his abilities are enhanced by technological and artificial means, the armor is basically like driving a truck no physical change happens to the armor wearers body. From the Point The symbiote graphs itself to a human, that Human becomes a Superhuman. Mutants are Meta-humans or Mutates. Just thought ild add THAT :-)
