You could have vertigo especially if you have it during the day. Your Dr. can prescribe antivert. It could be an ear infection or Meniere's disease as well/ Get checked out.

poss. you sleep standing up and you turn really fast?

seriously though I`d go to the Dr`s you probably have something in your ears that needs cleaned.

middle ear problems, dehydration, lack of certain vitamins, medications, etc. can cause dizziness.
