Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is the NBA's all time points leader. He scored 38387 total points in 1560 games throughout his 20 year career with the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers. Karl Malone may have been able to pass Abdul-Jabbar's record had Malone played another season, as he was only less than 1500 points behind.
