Keep your knees together.
Swivel on your butt in the seat.
Now both feet should be pointing to the open door.
Push both hands on the seat to move your butt out the door. Put feet on ground.
If necessary, grasp the roof of the car with one hand to gracefully pull oneself out of the car. (Also works to put left hand on dash to give oneself a bit of a push)
If it's a date, separate your knees slightly to give a flash of the thigh when exiting.
