Can anyone explain the deer scene?

IN "The Ring 2" I did not understand it.

that scene was retarded. it was probably a warning from samara the little girl that the people better butt out of things before it's too late. she made them go crazy like she did with the horses.

The animals can sense the evil n stuff. For Example, Guard dogs bark.
