The majority of women back then were thin and beautiful. The majority of women today are fat and gross. Men back then had it made. Sure they had to work a little harder at their jobs, but the women made up for it. Finding a thin woman these days is like finding a needle in the heystack. The sad part is, men these days are the same way. Men are supposed to be tough and in shape. We have a society full of fat girly men. I guess I feel sorry for women too.

Why would you just want to live back in the twentys or thirtys just so you could get a thin chick? Do you realize that the depression went on for alog time back then and there wasn't much food to go aroundmuch less money to Think about wasting on a date with a thin chick. Everything and everyone suffered in that time period. Even if you did live back then and married a think chick how could you feed her and yourself. People did alot more back then. Women had to wash the clothes with one of those washers machines that you had to crank the clothes through yourself. They also raised their own kids instead of working and having someone else raise their kids. They also made dinner from scratch every night.

Now wives get dinner from some restaurant or a nasty fast food chain on their way home from work, we use laundry machines that we just put the clothes in with the detergent and walk away.

The more we have in what are considered normal luxuries today the less actual work we do.

Haha, I'm thin even beautiful if I say so myself and very much taken, but there is no way I'd want to be living in the 20's or 30's as some man's wife. Nope. Sorry. I'll be my lover's wife these days because these days, women are not second to their men and are not required to stay at home and pop out a bunch of screaming babies because birth control was not yet discovered.

Now, as a flapper? That might be okay, but I don't that's the kind of woman you're talking or dreaming about.

Perhaps you should have stopped with the first part of your question: "I wish I grew up . . ."

You sound young, immature, and self-centered. Not all women and men were thin back then-only the ones you see in movies. They were not perfect people and neither are today's people.

Maturity teaches you that the important part of a person lies in their heart-not their physical stature. I have found that the more beautiful a person the more insecure and self-centered they are.

I wish you grew up in the 20s or 30s also.

You'd be dead now.
