You don't have a choice. With age comes wisdom as long as you're living and doing things to inspire yourself to be the best you can be your gonna get it. Some people are said to be wise beyond their years. Sorry won't do it this time. It's a serious question.

Wisdom is the result of experience. Those who are worthy enough to learn from the mistakes and joys and everything in life gets wisdom. It goes above and beyond knowledge. You dont have to be old, just learn from the greates teacher... Life.

Both. But mostly wisdom is something you naturally acquire just through the experience of living and engaging in lifes everyday struggles and challenges.

A little bit of both. Sometimes you have to want it to gain wisdom, and sometimes you get it whether you want it or not. It depends on the situation and what wisdom you are gaining. :)

Wisdom is the consolation prize for everything you got wrong, but you have to be smart enough and humble enough not to get that wrong too. In any case it usually arrives just after it would be really useful to have had it.

wow. so deep. i have a tatoo of a dragon on my right arm, holding a pearl of wisdom, the dragon is always seeking wisdom, i believe you have to seek.
