Love can sometimes be Deaf, Dumb, and Blind.
It's not to end violence in ourselves. More likely an attempt to end the loneliness.
Who has never felt that?
When we think that we are the only one to experience those emotions, try to remember this old story.
A woman went to a Wise man, asking how she could get over the loss of her son. The Wise man told her to travel throughout the village, visit every house, and when she found one person or family that had not suffered a tragic loss, to come back and he would give her the answer.
What she found was that everyone had suffered a loss and nearly everyone had suffered "worse losses" than she had.
She had her answer.

When you first fall in love it is like living a fantasy where you are blind to the other's faults. True love is when the blinkers come off and you still have that loving feeling towards the other person.

If love is a fantasy in my heart and prevents me from being violent within may I live in my fantasy world forever. The alternative would be shitty

Yep, love is blind. It maketh a man take up with a hand me down hoochie who's sucked her way across the nation. And it maketh a good woman turn a blind eye to a lothario's wanton ways hither and yon. But nobody's perfect so sometimes you may have to turn a blind eye to the foibles and failures of the one you love.

No Love is Not blind..And it's not a fantasy if you know what it's like to Love Yourself then this question wouldn't be a question would it?

Love is definately not blind but it does change the way you would normally decide to do things, even if it's for the better. It's very powerful and will capture you when you least expect it.
