It could mean you are about to start your period...lol i thought the same thing... iwas like oh my gosh i think im pregnant and it went on for two weeks like that and then boom got my period and the soreness and everything else was gone...it could mean your body is playing a trick on your also....so if your really concerned about it buy a pregnancy test even if its just at the doller tree or make an apt with your doctor....goodluck to you

Since you posted in "Trying to conceive" I am guessing you want us to tell you your going to have a baby! We cant! Either take a home test or see a Doctor for that answer! Yes that is a sign you might be preggers.

Well, I'm sure you're older now where they don't hurt because they're growing. It sounds like you're pregnant. If you're not, you may have a serious condition. Speak with a doctor.
