I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

well if u have a local hockey program go to what we call "dryland" that is a work out in a way. Ask to join them. Every year i loose about 15-20 pounds. Each year for hockey is 7 months. IN that case its 2 1/2 pounds a month. Thats 2 days a week. If you go monday through friday that will increase on the weight loss. I must warn you it is very tough for people who lets say aren't in the best shape. ( No offense to you)

The advice I would give you is to drink a lot of water and don't eat to much bread and do a lot of excise. Don't eat a lot of junk food like B.K. and McDonald's. Ext.. Eat them like once every two weeks. Would not recommend the energy bars because well for me at least because for me they tasted so i ate them less than 10 hours. I'm not trying to sound demanding but it will help a lot. That's what I did It worked.

Your body is designed to hang on to every calorie in case of another ice age, so don't make impossible to reach goals. True weight loss reflects all the above factors, but time is the most important.

This is the best and surest way to lose weight. Don't eat anything at all for 2 weeks. Drink only water. You will be nice and skinny, the way you are supposed to be.

Just excercise and eat right. And please dont try to starve yourself or barf after eating. Sometimes that just makes u gain weight more. So just excercise and drink a lot of water. And dont eat 3 big meals a day (breakfast lunch and dinner) eat little portions every so often.

I do bellydancing and kickboxing. Those are more muscle toning excercises but they are fun and help to lose weight quickly.
