If I put my uncopyrighted produced music on a public wesite (myspace) and someone steals the mp3 file and uses it for mainstream purposes, could I win a lawsuit against them by proving it is mines with the sequenced file that I created it with?

you can't, the music isn't copyrighted. Also, you said a public site and anything on a public site is fair game unless it's been copyrighted. I would really take extreme caution before posting any file on myspace because anyone has access to it, and online hackers are especially likely to use the music as a means of making money.

Copyright exists in published works, whether or not you include a copyright notice. So, if you actually created this music yourself (it's not ripped or sampled from other music) then you can sue them. You will need proof that you wrote and recorded the music yourself.

no, sorry because it's not copyrighted, copy rights reserve the RIGHT to COPY, so if you don't have a copy right on it, everybody else is just gonna copy
