great personality is simply being yourself....accepting yourself...respecting yourself..and knowing yourself...great personality doesn't lie on what you have..what you've achieved or popularity...it simply lies on who you are..great personality means you're not thinking about what others would say and think about you...great personality is not underestimating your potentials..and never be ashamed of what you are..its doing your best especially when people expect less of you..because one of the greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you can't do.....so great personality is simply being yourself...

Frankly, I dont think personality is such a good word for what you mean because there is so much more involved in defining our being than just one word. I think that even evil people can have a good personality so to speak. That is because to them they are righteous. However mundane I may seam, I do not condone evil acts, Im just saying that definition of character depends soley on relativity and perspective. To best sum up what I am trying to say, I would state this: The greatest personality of all would be to not have one at all. As far as finding yourself goes, I would definately encourage losing yourself as a means of finding yourself. I DO NOT mean drugs or alcohol but I strongly recommend that you meditate (as crazy as it sounds) and let your subconcious mind take hold. Most people think of meditation as a learned art but it is in fact the most natural way of relaxing. When we sleep we are actually in a state of concious denial, thus the reason for our inner thought surfacing on the fabric of our concsious mind (dreaming or REM). Dont worry! When someone told me this a couple of years ago, I was laughing, now I am not. I started out with just intentional relaxation. You know, breath in, breath out. Then within a month, I looked forward to meditating and now I have to set aside an entire weekend to just reminisce in deliberate unconciousness. When my friends ask me to take a hit, I just say no thanks, I dont need that stuff to get high. I hope you try meditating because I can honestly tell you that it is the best thing I have ever tried.

A great personality is fun. Funny is an important element, as well as understanding, having the ability to say only what needs to be said, listening and having a playful side.
The not-so-good personality is a low self-esteemed person with elements such as anger, regret and isolation. Isolation not being from so shy, but more like the person hates people.
But there's always a bad side to that great personality - like that person never tells the people around them why they cry.
Just remember that.
How you achieve it is totally up to your individual psychology.

Great personality starts off with a smile for the world.
Smile at all u meet and greet. Say nice things and mean them inside of your heart.
Compliment folks and find positive in folks instead of negative.

For me it's a sense of identity, confidence, of knowing who you are and 'owning' that.
Though NOT proud but just self-assured, with an upbeat outlook on life.
Because of your "great personality" it emanates from within & it shows.

Someone who doesn't kill you, steal your stuff, lie to you , covet your stuff, or stab you in the back. Work hard and be successful, set goals and don't look back. Then be thankful for what you have.

to me a great personality is someone who is theirself. that is how i find a true great personality. someone who is true to others, and themselves, will usually have a great personality. it is not what you think of their personality that counts, to me. its what they think of their own personality, that matters.
