I actually have a similar concern! no remember how a lot sleep i'm getting, those darkish circles dont go away. Drink numerous water, also i exploit a cream referred to as "Nivea - Aqua Sensation: ANti-Shadow eye cream. it is meant to get rid of darkish circles and luggage lower than the interest =) ok hehe, seeing as you're alergic, drink ALOT of water, a minimum of two letres an afternoon. Alot of sleep. that would want to do the trick, its the water that could be functional =)

As others have pointed out, stress or lack of sleep can cause dark circles, and so can allergies. But some people just have them naturally, part of their genetics.

What does this signify?
They're "bags" and everybody gets them, particularly if they've been run down but more usually associated with lack of sleep.

Stress or insufficient sleep.

If his neck measures 17" circumference (16" for women), he should be evaluated for sleep apnea.

My brother had the dark circles, and it turned out he had sleep apnea.

It signifys he is either tired or ill from your description. He is also in his early 20's. For another opinion he should consult his doctor.
