hilary!! definitely. hailie is like errrr. crap. she hasn't really done anything. just bludged off her sisters fame. i'm not a massive fan of hilary either, but she's still miles better than her sister. and much prettier!!

Hilary for sure. Halie is basically trying to get the spot light her sister has and it's annoying. Though it's sick that Hilary got some surgery done and it's quite noticable.

i think that haylie duff is prettier but i think that hilary duff has a much better voice and better acting skills!
