I'm taking Civics this yr...which requires that...
But sorry to say, I tried coming up with something for about 20 minutes and never got anywhere.
...Ended up just simply memorizing all of it!
Keep testing her...and make sure you keep going back to those she misses!
Sorry I wasn't much help!
Happy holidays & tell her I said good luck! =]

This is an addenum to what the first poster stated about the movie "Born Yesterday".
Here is the "lyrics" to help remember the amendments to the TUNE of The "12 days of Xmas"
The First Amendment of the Constitution says . . . .
Freedom of religion, speech and press
The Second Amendment of the Constitution says . . . .
Right to bear arms,
The Third Amendment of the Constitution says . . . .
No soldiers in our homes now,
The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution says . . . .
Where’s your warrant please?
The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution says . . . .
Don’t rat on yourself,
The Sixth Amendment of the Constitution says . . . .
Right to a quick trial,
The Seventh Amendment of the Constitution says . . . .
Jury of your peers,
The first part of the Eighth Amendment says . . . .
They can’t raise your bail,
The second part of the Eighth Amendment says . . . .
The cops aren’t allowed to beat ya,
The Ninth Amendment of the Constitution says . . . .
We have lots of rights,
The Tenth Amendment of the Constitution says . . . .
We the people have the say,
The rest of the Amendments of the Constitution say . . . .
All people are created equal.

Have you seen the movie Born Yesterday? In that movie, the girl memorizes the ammendments of the constitution by singing it to the 12 Days of Christmas. I suggest renting that movie and seeing the exact words...but it helps!

Sing the song from Schoolhouse rock (back in the 70's or 80's). It goes like this: "We the people"
"In order to find a more perfect union"
That's all I remember. I guess that's not a good trick after all.
