My ticket is for this Monday and I was looking at a German map when i realized there is more than one "frankfurt", is there only ONE airport for Frankfurt? Im supposed to see my husband on a military base and he is supposed to picl me up. Now i am SOO nervous that I got a bad ticket. He sad that the base is about an hour away. The ticket is to Frankfurt-am-Main. Is there more than one airport by "Frankfurt"?

You bought the right ticket, there is only one Frankfurt International Airport in Germany and that is on the River Main....relax and enjoy Christmas in Germany....don't forget to visit a Christmas Market and have some "Gluehwein"!!!!

Yes, Germany has 2 cities by the name Frankfurt. Frankfurt an der Oder is located in the eastern part of germany and has not even a national airport. Frankfurt am Main should be therefore the right one.

OMG you poor thing, this is your 2nd question that i have come across on here tonight. About your trip to Germany "RELAX" already your making me nervous and i aint the one flying.
Well you have up until sunday night to ask more question....lol
Months from now your look back on this and laught, any way you have the right ticket relax have a great Christmas,get out and take in Frankfurt and all that it has to offer.

thats the right one . ,thats Frankfurt international airport , enjoy yourself ,its, a real beautiful place , and most of the people there are really nice, but i was stationed in Frankfort in the late 80's things might have changed a little.

I dont think so. When I looked on Hotwire for airfare just now it didnt ask me which Frankfurt. I think you are good to go, enjoy your visit. You are probably just nervous about travelling so far alone.

you got the right one !!!Have a safe flight and don't worry .If you have any questions at the airport in FRA don't worry almost everybody speaks english there .
