2. go 2 add and remove programs

4. click remove or change
5. when the box pops up, click remove

The above answer is basically correct. To remove it however, you will need the password that was set when it was installed. Without that, it is a nightmare to remove. Cyber Patrol won't even give you instructions on how to do that until you prove that you are the owner of the machine and the software. If you didn't register it when you installed it, you might not have much luck with that.

Google around though. Someone has probably posted instructions someplace.
