and as we add each succeeding president he will still sit at the bottom. This presidency has simply been catastrophic for the US I see it as perhaps the turning point in the decline of the American era of global hegemony. The worst of it is that W has caused us to forget who we are and the principles which we believe in. This is his legacy

anyone who rates Jimmy Carter #3 of anything except jackasses is too stupid to be allowed to vote. But since Ronald Reagan takes top spot, I guess I can let Clinton have #2, after all he was a #2 in office if you catch my drift.
