I've been working on Japanese for the last couple years. It is hard enough for me. I'd like to continue learning it.

Chinese - as it will open so many opportunities. I will be able to travel the vast country and really get to know the place rather than always relying on or sticking to organised tours. Hoping to go to the Paralympic Games in Beijing and will be able to read signs and know what to do and where to go. Knowing Chinese is an extra skill to have especailly now that there is a growing business with that coutry - job opportunities and language assistance means there is a growing demand for people who can speak it.

I speak muy picito (very little) Spanish and would like to know more for the sake of knowing it. I would also love to learn French because what little I know and have briefly heard in the past sounds pretty. Also, my reasoning for wanting to learn it is the same as Spanish--I'd just like to know for the sake of knowing. Have a wonderful Holiday Season!

I'm working on Spanish. If I can speak it well enough to pass an exam, I can get promoted and paid more.

I'd also love to speak Arabic because I could have my choice of sweet jobs, but that will never happen.

I do think my Spanish should be fluent in another two years.
