As a buyer it is a great place to find unique items, or to buy items that I don't have the time to drive around trying to find. It is much quicker and by time you add up the cost of gas & lost productive time it is cheeper buying on ebay even after paying shipping costs.
As a seller ebay is a very fustrating place. The cost to use their services is expensive, the buyers are few & far between & getting cheaper all the time. It used to be a great place to sell, but its not really anymore.

No.. they care little about their customers and solely about profits... once you have a problem they really do not want to know.. go onto the Ebay community mesage boards and see for yourself...
Ebay was even mentioned on that BBC programme Watchdog the other day and they refused to go on and answer any of the complaints against them...

As a person who has looked at all sorts of ways to make money online (many of which work - see my 360). I like Ebay. It has been very good to me as a buyer and a seller.
