It depends on what they like. Here's some ideas though.
bag/necklace of candy, or a few of those gigantic chocolate bars ( that's what I got- very good =D )
Makeup or jewlery
CD, movie, or gift card
A book or calender (like those really funny ones)
Some body mist/lotion stuff
Stuffed animal (my favorite!)
A small chest filled with an assortment of inexpensive things (ex. candy, jewlery, those mini cards things...)

I would suggest giving books, which are good in-between gifts that are not too expensive and yet still let a person know that you put some thought into picking out their present. Think about the personality of each person on your Christmas list and pick out a book that you think best matches their interests. Good luck!

nothing says you smell like deoderant or soap as a gift. thats good to give to friends that dont smell cuase then they think they do and the results are funny
