You need to know the actual species. There are so many types of African cichlids out there! Some can breed at an inch, others can only breed at 6 inches.

Your alkalinity cannot be 300. Alkalinity is pH and it can only go from 1 to 14.

Your nitrites are too high. Did you cycle your tank? Do a water change. What is your ammonia? if your nitrites are high, your ammonia may be as well.
Your water is medium-soft. Add a couple tablespons of baking soda OR some limestone.

Also, are all your cichlids different species? The blue, I'm guessing is a hap, the yellow is a lab, I don't know what the rest are. If they are all different species, they will not breed.
Also, if they are all colourful, it is possible they are all males.
Find out what kind of cichlids they are.

If your wanting to breed them i sujest setting up a small 10 gallon for a breeder, move over some existing water and gravel and add an inexpensive small fish like a zebra danio in the tank to keep it cycling biologically. When you see that your mouth brooding females are prego move her over to the ten gallon,( the water perameters will be somewhat differant so dont forget to acclamate her in a bag by adding a mix of the waters from both tanks) After she releases the babys try to move her back within the first week or she will start eating the fry. When the fry is larger i usually bring them to a "mom and Pop" petstore and trade them in for store credit and get fish food. my fish do pretty good at paying for there keep lol.

Good luck you need 2 of the same fish. Same aged, they are asexual and pick a sex at maturity. Also theses are hard to breed. WE love our Cichlids.
