It was either you, or a person in your dream. When you are dreaming all logic sleeps, so what's i nyour dream looks, feels, and sounds real. Sometimes you are the one whispering unconciously and you can mistake it as not your own.

First of that is creepy.
That has happen to me, but I always just figured I was dreaming, but then there are times where I think it could have been a close friend or family member checking on me.
