It seems that men always have the response of "Holy crap, you're pregnant!? Oh my god!". Well no duh, genious! You had sex with her, of course she has a chance of pregnancy!
Why the surprise? If you have sex with your partner, she will have the chance of becoming pregnant, didn't you know!?
And if you don't want a child, then why the hell did you have sex in the first place? Just avoid it altogether by not having sex until you feel you want a child (which no one should). There, problem solved!
Seriously, are men subject to amnesia after a sexual encounter? Did they not remember they had sex with their wife/girlfriend? It should be the other way around, the men should be saying "I'm home from work now! Are you pregnant?". It should be the biggest thing on their mind for weeks after a sexual encounter, and they act as if they're totally ignorant to the fact.

Because nobody thinks it will happen to them. The same thought runs through the girls mind when she sees the positive pregnancy test... they all say, "oh ****" or whatever...

I am male and it is sad to say that most men leave the birthcontrol up to their female partner. They are too dumb to realize that no contraceptive is 100%. Men have the idea that it will not happen to them and when it does they are too immature to handle the situation. I have 5 children and my wife and I did not plan any of them. When it happened we rejoyced and continued loving each other. So I can not relate as a male how a dummie feels for sure I just know how a father should react when he is informed that he is a father or a father again. navysonofga

I think that is their way of dealing with it. The whole denial thing. My exhusband now, went through it and the crazy thing is I had just had a miscarriage and two weeks later I found out I'm pregnant again.

Nope I am not. Your post said it. On the other hand its amazing how many are opening up to religion and just thirsty for the Bible. I've met missionaries that have gone to China because they are begging for Bibles. Think of that. China! Meaning it is ever closer to the gospel going into all the world.

If they aren't getting married they do not want babies and with modern birth control, they expect NOT to be daddies.
