Start in your own neighborhood. Make a flyer and pass one out to each house in an area within your allowed walking distance. Make it simple. Tell them what you can do, what you will charge and to be safe, include a line that states that all callers must make arrangements with one of your parents.
Lawncare (raking leaves, removing snow, cutting grass, weeding, planting fall bulbs), babysitting, housesitting, petsitting, wash cars, wrap presents during the holidays, be a messenger or a delivery person (small shopping for the elderly), walk dogs, newspaper route, collect recyclables from going door to door, and I am sure you can think of more.
Good luck!

At 13 you may still be too young to babysit alone but, you can call up some parents and ask them if they need help watching the child or children while Mom or Dad is doing household chores. Or, you can always help to do household chores if there are no children to help watch. Also, advertise in your neighborhood and local schools to help tudor younger children with their math, science, etc.! Good luck!

Uh,,,,, Girls generally don't shovel snow, or cut grass or do heavy work like that.
Her name is Katie
And unless she is living in Holland then selling drugs or prostuting herself at the age of 13 is off the table.
How about Evangelical Preaching? LOL
