Everyone in the whole world wears masks because no one wants to be really seen as the way they really are. Most people are only themselves behind closed doors. Not many people like to reveal their true self.

if you mean physical mask, then no. but i think each & every one of us wear mask when being with others, and take it off when he/she is alone. even then sone don't.
