Basically gay means a man that loves a man and not a woman. A lesbian means a chick who loves a chick and not a man. A bi sexual is someone who like their own gender and those of the opposite gender. Gay can also mean happy but I'm guessing that is not what this question is about.

a personn who is attracted to members of the same sex. the way most people are attracted to members of the opposit sex.
