I'm a nurse. Most people walk on their foot. I would make an appointment with a family practice doctor and get some answers to your questions. Their might be something wrong. t's hard to tell without seeing you for myself. Good Luck

When whenever I walked barefooted, I am normally flat-footed, but when I am walking faster than normal or jogging I am on my toes. I would say it's quite normal to walk on your toes because if you tend to wear heels, you just might be used to the feel of it.

All I want to say is that everyone has their own walk, if you covered your friend's upper bodies and just watched them walk you'd know right away who that person was. Some people walk like ducks, some people walk on their tippy toes some people walk flat footed it's all unique and it's all you.

Is there a reason you're not walking flat footed? like, it hurts your feet? If not than you probably just have a preference on the way you walk, I'm sure you are normal.

Me too, I make my toes into little fists and walk on them, it doesn't hurt b/c I'm double jointed in all of my toes. I can also run like it too. But no, it isn't normal no matter how many people can do it. Good for you!! Use it for your advantage!

my husband walks on his toes, it looks so weird. It makes me think he is uncomfortable putting his whole foot on the ground. I walk flat.

Nah, it happens! It's normal because I do that too once I've taken my shoes off! But then I go flat-footed afterwards

You should ask your doctor this next time you go in. A sore on your foot can cause back pain because you are walking differently so walking irregularly your whole life could possibly cause some back problems...but it's most likely fine.

When you're barefooten anything goes, do whatever works. There are those places where you just can't walk through flat footed.
