I don't usually answer with a link, but this page has a really great troubleshooting guide for bra fittings. http://www.theworldwidegourmet.com/bellemag/fashion/bra/trouble.htm

You should get measured often. Adults should get fitted at least twice a year, but you're young and probably still growing, so go ever 3 or 4 months.

1. Mind your posture all the time. Sit up straight, push your shoulders back, don't arch your lower back.
2. Exercise to strengthen your pecs and back. Strong pecs give your breasts a lift. A strong back helps keep them up. Ask your gym teacher to show you exercises to strengthen your back and chest muscles.
3. You are old enough to see a doctor for the "female issues." This is one of them you should ask about.
4. If reduction surgery appeals to you, understand that you are not old enough for it. You can't do these kinds of surgeries until you are at least nearing the end of your development. Preferably, you should wait till you are fully grown. Otherwise, you will need more followup procedures.

ADDENDUM FOR LORRINA: "Augmentation" comes from the word "augment" meaning to add to, or increase. Breast augmentation makes them *bigger*, and probably not an ideal procedure for a young girl who is complaining that her large bust size is already creating problems. You meant to say "reduction," right?

ADDENDUM FOR DEWEY: It's not the asker's numerical age that's the big problem. It's that she's 15 and she is still in puberty. That means there is a chance she'll keep growing. In order for reduction surgery to work, she needs to stop growing first so the surgeon can whittle her down to a more accomodating size on the first try. Breast reduction is fairly invasive surgery, so you dont want to undergo it repeatedly.

Get a breast reduction, my friend was your size and had it done. She said it was the best decision she ever made. Insurance covers it if you are not obese and they must take a certain amount of fat from you in order to get covered like a c-cup or full c-cup, perfect size everything fits and you can bye pretty bras too! PS. I just read what "Gumdrop" wrote way up above my name and the age will be a problem. Maybe if you have your parent/parents signature ok-ing this, it will make the difference. Ask a doctor...

It seems
to me that your probably larger than a 36 DD, that's why your bra does not fit right. If you are having back pain, that leads me to believe that you are probably of small stature and your breasts are putting much weight on your spine. You should make an appointment with a plastic surgeon . The first consult is free and you can at least get his advise on your condition. I would venture to say that the best way to go is breast augmentation .
Look into it and don't worry as you can get help. I believe that your insurance will cover this procedure as it is not elective surgery due to the fact that your condition is causing you pain.
Best of Luck!

i don't know how old you are, but it is very important for you to wear a good bra...hold up your boobs and have someone measure around your body right under your boobs. that will be your bra size. make sure that you have straps that are a little wider at the top of the shoulders so as not to dig into your body. Make sure that your cup size is correct and you don't have them hanging out.. Support will be a big issue for you and try to hold yourself up straight. You might want to do some exercises to strengthen the muscles in your back. good luck

I take a 36F, I am a size 8 and I'm only 5' tall, talk about a walking dart!!!! Try getting a professional bra fitting, some stores like sears have this service. You could get a reduction but it depends on if you want scars.

Just today on Oprah, she had a show on about bras and how we keep buying the wrong ones! Get measured at a speciality store and properly fitted, you feel better and look great!

Are u first-rate thin? Because very athletic and thin women customarily do not have gigantic busts. You don't have crammed your bra since ultimately any person goes to discover out. Your boobs do not mature till your 25, and anyhow if u do not have boobs it is k, a few men like small boobs. Just inform him, I do not know what variety of man he's, but when he's a well man he may not care.

I am a 32D (the right size), but at first I was wearing a 34C and before that a 36B. I notice that you have to measure around your ribcage under your breast and them measure your bust line. Then to get your cup size subtract the ribcage size to the measurment for your bust line and if the number is 3-5=D, 5-7=DD.

I would try different bras. Maybe a support bra like the Cross your Heart bras from back in the day. They're cute.
