Ok... here it is!

Immigration feast day was an enormous success, thanks to blank, blank, and blank. The food, the culture, and the amazing immigrant stories, could actually make you feel that you were in another country. Also the food was delicious. You really got the feel for what immigrants really went through to come to America in the late 1800s.

Anyway to make it sound better?

"Immigration Feast Day was an enormous success thanks to blank, blank, and blank" (leave the comma out between success & thanks.
"The food, the culture and the amazing immigrant stories really made you feel like you were in another country" (stay away from using words like actually.

Cut out the "food was delicious" sentence...you already mentioned it in the sentence before.

I would avoid using "really" two times in one sentence. Maybe rephrase is like "You definitely got the feel for what the immigrants went through to come to America in the late 1800s."

Oh, and capitalize Immigration Feast Day.

So, this is what it would sound like all together...

Immigration Feast Day was an enormous success thanks to blank, blank, and blank! The food, culture, and the amazing immigrant stories really made you feel like you were in another country. You definitely got the feel for what the immigrants went through to come to America in the late 1800s.

Good luck!

The person above me is correct.

Also, I'm not sure if you know this, but isn't Immigrant Feast Day a proper noun? Then it should be capitalized. I don't know. Just trying to help you with capitalization because that helps make it better. :)

Otherwise, it sounds great!
