Hair removal in general is very hard on the skin, and bumps, zits, and rashes aren't exactly sexy. Worse, anywhere you shave, you interfere with proper air circulation, so perspiration stays on the skin a lot longer. Result: you stink! And you may also be prone to bacterial or fungal infections. Removing hair is nasty for the skin. You may think you're cleaner bald, but it's really unsanitary.

The bumps are probably razor burn. As far as Nair. . .not sure. You should get laser hair removal if you want to be shaved clean.

No it is not bad. It's called razor burn and you will get that everytime. And the bottle of nair should say weather it is safe to use there or not.

Normal because you're tearing into an area that isn't used to that kind of punishment. However just like regular shaving if you keep it up....ahem...the shaving that is... then you'll start to see less and less of the bumps.

Try some other hair removal method, which may be more suitable.
