The Harry Potter Series? The same actor that played Willow in the 80's plays the head goblin bank teller at Gringott's and also Professor Flitwick.

Kenny Baker played the droid "R2-D2" in the original Star Wars trilogy (1977-1983) as well as in Episodes I + II. He didn't have a speaking role (the droid communicated thru beeps and whistles). He didn't even "appear" in the movies, completely encased in the droid shell. However, "R2" still became one of the most beloved movie characters in science fiction history.
Incidentally Baker also played one of the Ewoks in Return of the Jedi, the third installment in the trilogy.
You can "see" Baker in the movie "Time Bandits" (1981).
