I have quite a few people that I confide in. The primary being my ex-wife who, after 11 years of marriage, is still my best friend and number one confidant. There is nothing that I don't share with her and she's the same way. The honesty that we have between us is so rare to find these days and to build that with someone takes years! What's funny with us is that we can predict how the other will respond to a situation and we can even predict the situation before it happens. We both still continue to marvel at how two stubborn people that we both are (two Aquarius'--what could be more frightening?), we still have a great fondness and respect for the other.
My current roommate is another man, who I share my feelings with. It's taken us quite a long time to get to that point, but it's the result of being on the same page and not having a television to provide us any entertainment. So in a joking kind of way, we were forced to get to know each other--if only as the result of needing something to do while having dinner (hehehe, I love you, Jay). Another friend of mine who I befriended only a couple of months ago, I can totally see him as someone that I'm going to get old with and we'll both look back on the days of us, bike riding and playing frisbee in our prime, we've shared our feelings with one another many times, over a game of frisbee and watching the sunset.
Whenever I sit and think about it, I am so lucky to have the strong network of friends that I have. I love them all and they seem to only have my best interests at heart. Who could ask for anything more?

I pray, talk to my husband or a trusted friend. I sometimes talk to my daughter, or my son. Talk to someone who cares about you and will listen and understand how you feel. No matter how old you are, your mother loves you and only wants the best for you. Sometimes things have to happen in life that we just don't like and we think no one cares how we feel, sometimes it doesn't matter how anyone feels, it's going to happen anyway. It never hurts to vent, just let it out, writing in a journal or online can help. Good Luck =)

my best friend is a guy. we talk to eachother about practically everything. a lot of the stuff he cant tell "the guys" he tells me. (mostly cuz its about them pissing him off but yeah...) its just nice to have someone that isn't materialistic or exactly sympathetic. we talk to eachother, we dont just hear eachothers rambles then say "oh im sorry" we actually listen. some times just "**** that sucks." *hugs* helps. its not good keeping things bottled up. it can come out in a flood. (suggested book: "Hot Stones and Funny Bones; teens helping teens cope with stress. " even if you aren't a teen, it helps you get an idea of what keeping stress in does to you.) sometimes all someone needs is a friend.

Because we throw our bad feelings away. So in turn, they don't exist. You need to man up and stop feeling sorry for yourself or frustrated. Smoke a lil herb every once in a while too, will remove alot of that **** thats on your mind. Good Luck

Your best friend, or generally your girlfriend. I've always gone to my best friend to talk to about difficult times and when I met my gf I always tell her about my feelings. Look you just have to open up and not hide behind the roughneck style that us guys portray. Your girlfriend is the best choice.

A notebook. I have great friends but somethings are for me and me alone, and writing you can burn (or delete if it's on a computer).
The feelings are out...and they can be expressed without anyone else being around. It's ok to cry if no one knows we did right?
