I guess she likes to know what she's getting into before getting into a relationship. Seems a bit blunt, but if thats how she plays things, I'd ask her what sex acts she will or will not perform, and how often.

she is checking things out, thinking of her future, to see if there is a future in you. but relationships are more important than money, so i would definitly be on my guard. kind of rude really, she's got alot of balls. gets right to the point doesn't she. u know what's on her mind.
