I am thinking Reggie Bush, but I bet it would be close.

Ted Ginn ran a 4.29 40 yd dash as a senior at Glenville High. He also ran the 100 meter dash in 10.5 seconds and was the national 110 meter hurdle champion. It is scary to think of how fast he is now compared to when he was a senior in HS. As far as Bush, he is the most electrifying and elusive player but shiftiness and agility aren't the same as speed. Ginn has the upperhand by a lot in straightline speed, but Bush has it in agility and quickness. PS If you want to see flawless running form, watch TGJ. He has the best running form I have ever seen.

In a straight up 40 I would probably put my money on Ted Ginn Jr but in game situations reggies cuts are faster and hes more elusive, ted ginns strength relies on the fact that he can plain out run defensive backs, reggie needs to be quicker in and out of cuts at the tail back position

OSU says Ted Ginn may not be the fastest on his team. Anthony Gonzalez may be--but in a sprint-Ginn beats Bush-Bush is elusive-not necessarily quicker.

Ginn Jr. has the quickest 40 day out of all 3. Devin Hester has that distinctive game velocity. Jerry Rice for occasion grew to become into seen gradual while he ran a 4.5 backyard sprint. Rice had outstanding game velocity

Ted Ginn Jr. He is the fastest athlete in NCAA football, and he is pure speed. Bush is fast and he is a very talented tail back, but out the door id have to say that Ginn is faster.

Ted Ginn. He has pure speed, bottom line. Bush can explode but Ted Ginn can just flat out fly.
