Get a dog. A $300 dog! Or $300 cat what ever he prefers. Listen my wife was trying to give me suggestions like go out of town to a french restaurant, or a motel where he gets all the nookie he wants. But, really a guy wants something tangible. Something that will be around in three or four years. I know this and romantic don't go too well together, but, I thought you would like the truth!

Plan a quiet hoilday meal for just the two of you. Maybe take a moon lit walk together and view the holiday lights or go ice skating if the climate allows.
Come home and cozy up with some hot chocolate

Men tend to be low-maintenance, but they love lovin'. Go to a bath supply store, and get some massage lotion (nothing dirty, they have very soft lotions at Body Works and other stores that have scents to relax or soothe). Set up the living room with candles, soft music, and give him a body massage. Bet he digs it. Good luck--

ok i gotta say that this might not sound romantic to a female, but yer man will love it...set it so you can be alone...in the house or hotel doesn't matter which... set the mood with candles, lighting, and music... then wrap yerself up with ribbon and nothing else... then let yer man unwrap his gift...I had a gf do this for me and I'll never forget it...merry xmas... lol
