Without being more specific.....all I can suggest is to anonymously call your police department.....or write them an anonymous letter

In most states you can call in to a police department and let them know the information. If you have a Crimestoppers you could call in to that too. If you are truly worried go to a pay phone so they don't have your number and name. Chances are that if you want to remain anonymous, they will respect that.

Depending on what it is, most likely just calling the police (just ask to be annoynmous, although if this something illegal needs to have a witness to testify you won't be of much help)

If they are beating their children or something just call the cops, You can remain anonymous. If they are just smoking dope or something like that then your better off minding your own business.

Call the police, FBI, FCC, DEA, Ect. All depends on the illegal activity.

there is always an agency to report things to. If it is a criminal act, try the police..if not that they can point you in the right direction

Call any police department. Most do not require your name and number. It's up to them, whether they take you serious or not.

It depends on what they are doing. Like, is it underage sicko stuff, IRS stuff, illegal drugs, what?
