Well you asked. It is a hole, usually in a fence, bathroom wall or sometimes the peep areas of poorly run adult theatres where a man puts his penis through and someone anonymously sucks it.
Most often another male, but some females do this.
That's what it is. Being on either side of this hole is not a smart idea. with all the diseases and wierdos out there.
