1)What does a silver account allow me to do?
2)How long is it available?
3)What does the gold allow me to do?
4)If i wanted to get a gold account how can i pay without using a credit?

A silver account allows you to download updates, download game demos, rent movies, tv shows, download all sort of other media. A silver account is free for as long as you own your 360.
A Gold account does all of the above, but does one thing that a silver account doesn't allow you to do...that is play multiplayer games online. If you don't want to pay using a credit card, you can buy a subscription card at your local game shop.

silver is free forever
but no multiplayer
gold is 50 dollars for a year
and youll get everything plus multiplayer
