im 14, and i wanna GPT site, like TT, but TT does not do paypal nemore. is there any good, paying, pet paid to site that u can use with unverified paypal. do u need a CC with paypal??

1) you can't do online earnings because you are a minor. There are contracts that you have to agree to, and since you're a minor you can't consent to a contract without parental consent.

2) paypal doesn't allow people under 18 to have an account with them . If you do, then you've just comitted fraud.
